Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation
Due to their personalized nature, customized artworks cannot be returned. However, your satisfaction is paramount! If you have any concerns about your final masterpiece, please contact us within upon receiving it. We’ll work diligently to find a solution that leaves you happy.
Damages and issues
We take full responsibility for any mistakes on our end. If you receive the wrong product, size, print, or if it’s damaged in transit, we’ll promptly replace it free of charge. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Exchanges
If we have agreed to replace the product due to problems caused by us, you must not send us the product in your possession. You must keep the previous product and wait for the replacement product.
Refunds
If we have agreed to a refund, we will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the return has been authorised. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and submit the refund.
